「My husband and I stayed for the weekend at this lovely cottage. We stay at many VRBO properties and this is definitely one of our favorites now. The house was clean, updated and located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. We were able to prepare all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was truly a relaxing weekend of looking at the ocean and listening to the waves at this beach front home. We can't wait to return!」

「The property is fabulous. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is dog friendly, which made our getaway perfect with our pup. The beach was beautiful but had dead horseshoe crabs, which attracted horse flies. The house and views were perfect. I would definitely recommend. 」

「Perfect home to stay in! Super clean, well stocked, and excellent location for a quiet getaway. Our two dogs really enjoyed the decks and the accommodations exceeded our expectations from past experiences. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom which was a huge bonus, and the beach supplies were awesome. The host was very accommodating and answered my questions in a timely fashion. Absolutely would stay here again for a longer time! 」

「We’ve been coming here for the last few years and always enjoy our stay here. 「This was our 3rd time at Prime Hook and this location was by far the best in all aspects...number one being the view from the deck. Was surprised at the amenities we found at the house. Could really just take your clothing, drinks and food and almost everything else was surprisingly there! Would highly recommend Anne & Jim and their wonderful home!」

「We chose Delaware for our family trip this year, our 5 adult children and their spouses all went! The house was perfect!
