"I cannot say enough great things about this property! It is a very well maintained and equipped home. Communication with both the owner and the manager, Ben were seamless. Location was phenomenal, with shops and quality restaurants all within a short walk. The location directly on a canal added to the overall beauty of the home. Amsterdam was less than a 30 minute walk/bus ride away. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable home in the northern Netherlands. "

"This is a lovely hotel surrounded by green open spaces. The hotel is newly refurbished so all furnishing in the public areas and the room we stayed in are new. The restaurant serves a beautiful buffet style breakfast and serves a basic but wholesome menu for lunch and dinner. Food quality is excellent and the staff extremely kind and attentive. Plenty of parking is available but to go to central Amsterdam, the bus is the best choice. The stop is less than 100 meters away and takes you directly to Amsterdam central. The villages of Volendam and Edam al almost within walking distance. "
