4th visit

Everything just perfect for us again - we love the house, the views and the area. Such a well equipped property with comfortable beds and sofas ( inside and out!). This is the place to be to enjoy peace, quiet and beautiful scenery. There are endless possibilities for walking, cycling and trips in the car. We hope to return.

A month in Provence

A wonderful, beautifully appointed and fully equipped house, with a fantastic host. We could not have asked for more. The view is incredible and never failed to impress - whatever the weather. The region is breathtakingly beautiful. It is possibly the best place in the world to ride a bike. We will be back.

Stunning house in beautiful, peaceful location

This is a stylish, well equipped house with very comfortable beds and sofas. There is great space outside for relaxing next to the pool. It is in a great location for the local climbing, cycling and walking and a short drive to Buis Les Baronnies. We also enjoyed a great meal at the local restaurant at the bottom of the hill. The owners of the house had helpfully left maps and climbing/walking guides for guests to use. We had a fabulous week here and would highly recommend it!

Lovely hose in a lovely area

We love this part of France, and it was the perfect place for us to stay. Quiet and away from any distractions, it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house had everything we needed and communication with Hervé was excellent. Possibility to walk to a small local shop for essentials, as long as you don’t mind walking up the hill afterwards, and there is a restaurant in the same establishment. Not too far to drive to a town that has everything else one might need. We’ll be back!

We had a fantastic week at this lovely holiday home! The house itself was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is very well stocked! one of the absolute highlights was the amazing view and the beautiful swimming pool. This is a place we would highly recommend and definitely consider coming back to.

Excellent holiday

The property was exactly what we hoped for. Clean, spacious and well equipped inside but most importantly for us was the view and seating outside. It was a perfect place to have morning coffee, evening drinks or somewhere just to sit and read. The area is the most beautiful in France - relatively quiet with fantastic scenery and pretty villages. It is great for cycling and walking directly from the house. There are plenty of places to eat out but preparing meals in was so easy because of the well equipped kitchen. This is definitely a house that we will return to!

We found the house more than suitable, well equipped and clean. The dishwasher failed but was replaced the following day We could walk every day from the house and climbing for my son and his wife was close by. The shops in Buis were close and well stocked. A wonderful house to get away from it all!

What a fabulous house. Clean and incredibly well kitted out. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Even the sofas were comfortable (no shabby sofas covered in throws here). Jenny the local agent was great and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. Stunning views down the valley across the neighbouring vineyard. We really enjoyed many sunsets with a glass of the regional wine. sat by the pool. The villa is in a quiet hamlet, but still close to a local restaurant and plenty of choice for places to each in Buis, the local town. The numerous local Roman monuments are all very driveable for a day out, but a trip just down to the river with a picnic is well worth considering. I took my bike and "enjoyed" some gruelling climbs up the local hills to see some stunning views into the distance, plus Mount Ventoux is not far away if you want a serious cycling challenge! We've stayed in many French gites over the years. This is defintely one of the best. Thanks to Hetti and George for sharing their beautiful house!

Ein schönes Domicil in ruhiger Lage, ab vom touristischen Rummel. Wunderbare Ausicht und Sonnenuntergänge.Austattung mit allem was es braucht. Gute Betten und gute Bettwäsche was in Frankreich selten ist.

Séjour fabuleux dans cette splendide villa, très bien équipée, aménagée avec beaucoup de gout, très spacieuse et très confortable... Et que dire de l'extérieur, avec une superbe piscine dans un magnifique jardin fleuri, et surtout une vue exceptionnelle dont on ne se lasse pas... l'endroit est tout simplement magique ! Excellente communication avec le propriétaire Hervé. Nous reviendrons assurément, et nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette location tout simplement exceptionnelle.

Zauberhaft

Danke für die zwei wirklich zauberhaften Wochen Entspannung! Ein wunderschön abgelegenes, sauberes, unfassbar gut ausgestattetes Haus. An vielen Kleinigkeiten sieht man, mit wieviel Liebe dieses Haus geführt wird, alles ist gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden herzlich mit einer kleinen lokalen Leckerei empfangen & hatten einen netten Kontakt zu Herve. Auch wenn wir leider den Pool nicht nutzen konnten, haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Wandern und spazieren & die umliegenden Städte haben zauberhafte Märkte. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, noch einmal bei Herve Urlaub zu machen.
