Beautiful house in Seaside with a peaceful location<br>

Thank you for considering our home as your get away stay. Our newer home is located in a perfect quiet setting and friendly neighborhood. We appreciate the short distance walk to the beach; its about 4 houses away to the beach.

The first floor has two bedrooms (queen bed in each room), a full bath with private entrances from each bedroom and laundry room.

The second floor has master bedroom, with king bed, and master bath. The vaulted ceilings living room is open to the dining area. Our spacious kitchen has all the cooking amenities, including BBQ grill on the outside deck. The house also feature an enclosed back yard with a fire pit and very kid friendly.

Our home can accommodate 9 people (3 beds, one hide-a-bed and one twin size roll out bed). We have a basic cable TV package and the three flat screen TVs have internet connection to Netflix, etc,.. as well as numerous DVDs. Your family can enjoy canoeing, clamming, fishing, or board paddling in the bay (we have two adult bikes, two kayaks, two crab pots and a clam gun available for you to use). You can also enjoy about 15 to 20 minutes walk (20 blocks) to town The promenade, starting from 12th avenue and runs 1.5 miles along the beach to the South of Seaside provides easy downtown access with dozens of specialty shops, galleries, and boutiques with a distinctly coastal flair. At the center of downtown is the Seaside Carousel Mall. You would enjoy close walk to the factory outlet center featuring dozens of outlet stores with great bargains on name brand items, with no sales tax!! If golfing is your pleasure, we are only 10 minutes from 2 courses (9 hole in Seaside and 18 hole in Gearhart) or you can practice your chipping in the soft sand at the beach. For the kiddos, Seaside has “Captain Kid” with miniature golf, a mini roller coaster and go carts. Across the street is the new ropes course “Highlife Adventure Park” that is 3 stories high!
