Experience an authentic Mauritian coastal stay in the local village of Coteau Raffin. Our Seafront Suite offers the opportunity to discover a different side of the island, combining the comfort of a suite with the charm of everyday Mauritian life.

Enjoy beautiful lagoon views, breathtaking sunsets, Île aux Bénitiers and Le Morne Brabant Mountain.

The shoreline in front of the property is a natural rocky coastline and is not suitable for swimming. Le Morne beach is 10 minutes away by car.Your suite features an open-plan bedroom and bathroom, designed to enhance the tropical experience.

The room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, and essential amenities for your comfort. Tea bags and coffee are provided so you can feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Please note that shops, petrol stations and daily conveniences are located 5 minutes away by car.

The outdoor area includes our seaside sand lounge Area, a dedicated space where guests can unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the coast with views over the lagoon, Île aux Bénitiers and Le Morne Brabant Mountain.

The property is thoughtfully divided into two independent areas. My wife and I live at the rear of the property, while guests enjoy their own private seafront space, including their terrace and outdoor louange areas.

We respect our guests’ privacy, but we are always happy to share local history, hidden gems, and cultural tips to help you discover the true spirit of Mauritius.

We enjoy welcoming our guests personally whenever possible and are available to assist throughout their stay.

For an extra touch of magic, on supplement, we offer private elegant romantic dining at sunset on the Seaside Sand Lounge Area. On option, you can also add a musician or a sega show and even a bonfire.

We also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner on your terrace upon 48 hours reservation and depending on availability. Guests have access to a dedicated parking area within the property.
