Although the room has two bunk beds, it is rented as a private room—not per bed, so you will not share your room with other guests. Guests have access to a shared bathroom, a shared kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious rooftop terrace exclusively for guests staying on the third floor. Relax outdoors, enjoy the fresh air, or have fun at our rooftop basketball court, perfect for light recreation. Our property is a three-storey white house with a black gate, located at 1313 (Blk. 25 L1) Mangga Street, CAA/BF International Village, Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, Philippines, just 13 houses from CAA Road. Restaurants, convenience stores, tricycles, taxis, and Grab services are all within a short walking distance. We provide free high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens, towels, and tissue paper. Please note that basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and toothbrush) are not provided.
