Gilles was a perfect host with excellent communication, wonderful breakfast with lovely apple juice made from the apples grown in the wonderful gardens. "Stopped the night on way to Calais ferry. Unfortunately that night only one bar in walking distance was serving food and they were full. So we had drive to find an eatery. Wont be stopping in Ardres again."
