Make sure you read all directions in advance. We set off the alarm upon entry and couldn't figure out how to turn it off.Otherwise it was a great property.We could not get the dryer portion of the washer to work. Not sure if it was user error or machine failure, but we had clothes in there for 5 hours still damp
