Great for visiting everything by foot.

Nice hôtel in the centrer of the old town, perfect for visiting everything you need to see on foot. Nice staff, clean, an old building that ha been nicely kept.

This was a lovely building in the old town and moments away from one of the main sights, Jean Coeur Palace. Reception was very helpful about parking, and taking our luggage while we explored the old town, having arrived at lunchtime.

Be brave driving carefully into the old town to reach this excellently situated hotel, where the service and comfort matched the convenience of its central position. Locked garage added further convenience.

Hôtel was very nice and in a very good location for the town centre. The reception member of staff was very helpful; advising us where to park and providing a smoothie check-in. The hotel is showing some signs of age and could do with a refresh but for a short stay it was very good and we would recommend it.

Great value and location in the center of old town Bourges, comfortable bed and pillows, super nice evening porter gave us great tips on restaurants that were close by, and a nice walk around the center of town. Parking was on the street, but we found a space just a block away. Super close to the amazing cathedral.

Great historic location,

My room was very large with a mini fridge, desk, and 2 chairs and a table with the bathroom in its own area as well so it was very nice. Great ac. Also in a pretty building in a historic square with a lovely fountain out front and within walking distance (5-10 minutes) to all the best sites in Bourges. It is about an 18 minute walk to the train station but it’s flat so was easy. I also rented a car for a day at the station and drove to Sancerre which was fun!

The town is very quiet and it’s very inconvenient to get early breakfast/brunch until noon most places. The hotel is just fine, but there are not many things to do around town.

Confusing to find as the address to the hotel on paperwork does not work with GPS. (It takes you a route blocked by bollards.) The hotel is beautiful with lovely staff. Room was very nice and the bathroom had the most wonderful shower. Breakfast was plentiful and parking was convenient.

This property is in the middle of old town, so the parking situation was sort of interesting. We were there on a Sunday, so the parking was free. We also had to park a block away and walk to the property to have them push a button to have a bollard in the center of the street drop down so we could drive to the property to unload our luggage. Then we were able to move our car where we left our car next to the building. Like I said, interesting. All else was good, except walking back to the property in the rain, but that wasn't their fault. Nice place.

This is a charming hotel that is unfortunately really hard to get to. Not the fault of the hotel, but the area it is within is protected from motor traffic by pop-up barricades that take help to retract... extremely confusing for tourists. The hotel tries hard to give the procedures to guests, but unfortunately Expedia completely glosses this over, leaving you stuck and confused in a one-way street. Do not miss the breakfast... delicious and charming. Room was very comfortable, and location right next to a palace and within walking distance of Bourges cathedral. Not as many restaurants right around the hotel as I expected from the business of the area, and you would need reservations to dine at the restaurant next door.

This is possibly the oldest hotel we have ever stayed in. The outside isn't appealing, but everything inside is new and upgraded.

Great location

Historic building in the center of the old town, some rooms with a distant view of the cathedral. Very convenient for an overnight stay but parking can be an issue. We decided to use the underground car park near the cathedral so not very far. You can drop off outside the hotel and try to park on the road but we chose not to. Everything else as you would expect, good standard overall.
