Quietly located in the Charmettoger village, in the Aiguille Grive 3 residence, at the foot of the slopes, this 80m² duplex apartment for 8 people is located on the 4th floor with a balcony.
Bright and spacious duplex apartment featuring a large living room with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed and TV.
Fully equipped open kitchen: electric hob, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and washing machine.
Two separate toilets.
Upstairs, there are two closed bedrooms with double beds and two hallways with two bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old) and storage space. A shower room with a toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet.
Its balcony faces east.

Ski slopes are located at the end of the hallway.

Bed linens, bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
Housekeeping for 3 rooms: €85.00.
Cotton sheet set for single bed: €20.00.
Complete towel set: €15.00.
