Renovated 38m² duplex for 6 people, located on the 3rd floor of the Aiguille Grive 3 residence, east-facing with a balcony. View of the slopes and Mont Blanc.
The living room is equipped with 1 sofa bed + 1 trundle bed, and a flat-screen TV.
The mezzanine is partially enclosed with a sleeping alcove equipped with 2 bunk beds and a semi-enclosed bedroom with 2 single beds.
The upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
The bathroom with toilet is upstairs, and a separate toilet is on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a conventional oven, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
Bed linen, bath towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
Two-room cleaning: €60.00.
Cotton single bed sheet set: €20.00.
Complete towel set: €15.00.
