For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer in Arc 1800, book this charming 3 rooms apartment and North facing balcony with a view over the montains and the Mont-Blanc.
This 39sq-m apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and is situated on the 2nd floor of the residence Roselend in the Chantel area.

The sleeping arrangements
In the living room, you will find a set of trundle beds.
A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed.
A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds.

The open plan kitchen
Functional, is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

At your disposal 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a separated toilet.

The ROSELEND RESIDENCE

It is located above the village of Charvet, away from the resort of Arc 1800.
You can put on your skis at the foot of the residences to reach the "Vagère" or "Carreley" chairlifts and the "Villards" gondola.
The free pedestrian "Dahu" cable car is 100 meters away.
You will find a shuttle terminal 50 meters away.
These are free and run every half hour in winter and every hour in summer.
The nearest mini-market is 100 meters away in the village. The Tourist Office and the medical office are located below in the village of Charvet.
You will find the ESF on the resort's snow front.

Good appartment for skiing

The appartment itself is great. We were with 4 persons, there are 2 good bedrooms. Building has swimming pool with sauna and steam room (no jacuzzi), great after skiing. Location is great for ski-in ski-out to Vageres lift. Downside is location to shops and restaurants - it's a 10 min walk walk up a steep snowy /icy path. Also take this walk for the ski rental and the KY pick up.
