「Loved the location where the cabins are on the other side of the lake. Beautiful view of lake, very peaceful! The only drawback for us (3 senior ladies) there was no swimming access even though there should have been! You can only swim at the lodges designated swim. A roped off small area with lifeguard. We would rather swim across from our location. The cabin was nice and clean but bunk beds weren’t the best for older ladies. We dealt though! Loved the porch and serenity! 」

「The property was perfect!! Check in was easy with the instructions given by the owner. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it was well stocked with anything we would need. We did use the charcoal grill which was in good shape and worked well. The perfect place to stay while floating. 」

「We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. 」

「My family and I rented the Bluebird Cabin for 4 days. It was a dream! It’s close to trout fishing, swimming, floating, and many other things. We even got rained out and still had a blast. It’s a great place to go to unplug as there is no service except for WiFi but honestly, who needs a phone when you’re busy having so much fun. If anyone is in the area and needs a safe place to stay, I’d definitely recommend Corky and Cathy. They’re great hosts and their properties are stunning. We We will...
