Booking this property means you agree to follow these rules. We strive to offer a peaceful, clean, and safe space for all guests and neighbors.

- Smoking
Any kind of smoking, including weed, cigars, or vaping, is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted, but please make sure to dispose of ashes and cigarette butts responsibly and ensure that no trace of smoke enters the house, as this helps maintain a fresh and comfortable indoor environment.

- Checkout by 11 AM
Late checkouts without approval will be charged:
50% of nightly rate after 11 AM
100% of nightly rate after 1 PM

- Quiet Hours & No Parties
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties, events, or loud noise at any time. Violations of this rule will result in a $1000 penalty.

- Occupancy Limits
Do not exceed the number of guests allowed in your reservation. Any additional guest or visitor beyond 4 people will be charged $29/person/night. No large gatherings.

- Infestations
Guests introducing pests may be held responsible for all pest control and related costs.

- Maintenance Access
Our staff visits weekly and cannot reschedule. We may enter the unit as needed to ensure upkeep and report issues. Please report maintenance problems promptly—while we aim to resolve them quickly, refunds will not be issued for delays or outages.

- Emergency Contact & ID
We require a valid phone number and government-issued ID for all guests. Background screening may apply for safety.

- Damages & Theft
Guests are responsible for damage or theft caused by themselves or their visitors. Charges may be up to 120% of the repair/replacement cost.

- Lost Items
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind belongings. Contact us ASAP if you forget something.

- Agreement & Use
No illegal activity or commercial use of the home. No filming without written consent. All guests must agree to these rules during virtual check-in.

- Event Requests
All events must be pre-approved. Unauthorized events or disturbing neighbors may result in a $1000 fine and eviction without refund.
