  • Walk to the Pearl st /Pedestrian walking mall (2blks). This home is 5 levels, offering lots of privacy.

    Great room offers 75 inch TV, dining room, living room all in one with a walk out patio. Deck offers grill and plenty of places to sprawl out. The Kitchen over looks the living room, meaning you can visit from the kitchen with others in the living room. When chilly outside the gas fire place will warm all up quickly.

    Top floor offers the Master bedroom with a king bed and 4 piece ensuite, tub offers views of the Flatirons.

    4th floor offers a larger bedroom with King bed and bathroom with step in shower.

    Lower garden level offers a 2nd laundry with full size washer/dryer, living room with convertible queen bed couch, massage chair, private patio, mini kitchen and larger bedroom with king bed.

    Fast private internet plus 4 TVs (3 cable and 1 utube).

    There is a single car garage with another full size washer/dryer. Outside the garage there is room to park a 2nd car. Great space great neighborhood. Best of the Best!!!

Wonderful home and location

We visited Boulder for a long weekend and this home was perfect. A few blocks off Pearl and still very quiet in the evenings. We didn't need a car all weekend as to the location was so central. Lots of space for the family to spread out a relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Dawn was fantastic to work with and the house was great for our family of four, with each tween getting their own bedroom. Incredibly convenient and easy 2 block walk to Pearl's shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was charming and very quiet at night. Couldn't ask for more and we'd love to return.

This wonderful house was an absolute dream! 2 blocks from the restaurants and shopping on Pearl St, it was also the perfect jumping off point for mountain adventures. The garage made it super easy to jump on bikes (we rented from University Bikes a short walk away) and head out on trails or up a canyon. We would absolutely recommend this wonderful, light-filled home!

Beautiful house and location

Beautiful, spacious home in a great location! House was just as described, plenty of room for 2 couples to have space and not feel crowded. We walked to Pearl street 2 blocks away, everyday. It was so nice to come "home" to a comfortable, well stocked home with comfortable beds. We all agreed we would choose to stay there again.
