    Located behind Hills & Hollows store, just off Utah’s Scenic byway, State Hwy 12. Your link to The Grand Staircase National Monument, Bryce Canyon, Calf Creek Falls, The Burr Trail, Capitol Reef, Hell’s Backbone road, and Boulder Mountain.
    Taste a variety of dining experiences while here. Try the new Wild Indigo Café, food truck! Just a stone’s step away from your stay.
    Then there’s the world-class Hell’s Backbone Grill, The Burr Trail Grill, Magnolia’s street food, Sweetwater Kitchen, and the Kiva Koffeehouse. Note: the typical restaurant season is March- November, so call ahead..

The perfect spot to explore everything around Boulder, loved the convenience store and taco truck right on the premises. Hang out here and meet the locals, such a special place!

This was a great home base to explore the Boulder area and Grand Staircase Escalante. Very clean, quiet and we felt safe. Not fancy but perfect for the two of us and our dog. Kitchen is limited as in the listing, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, and we actually cooked on our camp stove in the driveway. Would go back here if we visit the area again.

Everything as advertised. Great place to stay to explore the area. Burr trail road is a must. We drove back to Wolverine Petrified forest and then all the way in to The bottom side of Capital reef to the Burr trail switchbacks. Awesome stay!!

This is a very well organized, clean and comfortable cabin. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location yet conveniently close to the world class Hell's Backbone Grill restaurant (featured in the New Yorker magazine). It makes for a wonderful base camp for those wishing to explore the many beautiful back country trails in the area. I highly recommend it.

Great private studio away from other tourists provided a perfect space for solo traveler reverie. Everything need can be purchased at the near by store. Studio was fully stocked with kitchen equipment, my dog also approved. Would definitely return.

The place was very quiet and felt private in spite of being right off hwy 12. We had everything we needed, including kitchen items, and a heater & extra blankets for chilly mornings. It was clean and cozy.

Donna was extremely helpful and responded quickly to our questions! The house was very comfortable,and it was quiet, despite being located near the road. You will get the best sourdough bread at the gas station, the best coffee at Kiva, awesome places such as Hell Backbone Grill, breathtaking views of Escalante, Boulder..

Hébergement très propre très confortable et très pratique d'accès situé au calme, juste derrière une supérette. Idéalement placé pour visiter grandstaire escalante et Strike Valley représente également une bonne étape à mi-chemin sur l'US 12.

Perfect Little Spot

We very much enjoyed our stay at the sunflower flat. It was done up nice, had a comfortable bed, and was a perfect place to rest after adventuring.
