  • Enjoy the best location in Boulder! This adorable stone home is an easy walk to the famous Pearl St. Mall, CU Campus and miles of hiking at Chautauqua park. Modern, chef ready kitchen with a vintage diner vibe! Wonderfully large upstairs bedroom and nice downstairs bedroom, both with comfortable queen beds as well as a pull out sofa in the living room. AC units in both bedrooms and fans for summer months and central heating during the winter. Have your tea or coffee on the sunny front porch.
