Bedrooms include: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 office. Full sized washer and dryer provided. Futon in living room converts to additional bed.Large yard with private off-street parking for 2 cars. Well trained responsible & clean pet is welcome. This home is close to Pearl Street, Naropa, CU and lots of neighborhood shops. Owner lives on the same street and is available most of the time. Internet, cable TV and stereo provided.
