déception

expédia et le jardin maoré sont nul en service. J'ai voulu reporter mon séjour qui pour l'hotel était ok verbalement mais je devais passer par expédia car réservé par eux. Expédia n'a rien voulu savoir et l'interprète n'était pas à la hauteur. L'hotel alors que j'ai écris 2 fois n'a pas répondu. Lamentable. J'ai perdu plus de 100 euros. Pourtant je prenais plusieurs nuitées par an. Je n'irai plus.

A notre arrivée, le personnel a presque refusé de nous donner la chambre réservée au motif que nous n'avons pas payé assez cher.... Ensuite, nous decouvrons que le snack est fermé depuis plusieurs semaines sans aucune information préalable, donc obligé de nous rabattre sur le restaurant où le tarif est bien different du snacking.... En famille on sent passer la note ! Une alarme qui retentit presque toute la nuit, juste à côté de notre chambre, et qui nous a permis de compter les heures qui defilent jusqu'au lever du jour. Et pour terminer, un petit dejeuner copieux, mais où seul le beurre permet d'agrémenter les tartines puisque confiture, miel ou pate à tartiner sont aux abonnés absents... Le paysage à couper le souffle permet de sauver les meubles, mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un établissement 4 étoiles.

Bien pour l’ancien ngouja!

Agréable séjour dans l’”ancien ngouja” Le nouveau spot à droite de la plage est parfaitement affreux avec ses contenairs plaqués de bois et ses bungalow en ringuette revendiquant, comble du cynisme, le statut d’ecolodge… bien triste. Upgrade du personnel et (un peu) petit dej depyis l’an dernier.

Très beau cadre : hôtel situé à proximité immédiate de la plage. Très bon accueil. Bungalow bien équipé au calme dans un parc. très belle expérience à vivre

au bord d'une plage peuplée de tortues et au tombant riche en coraux et poissons multicolores, au calme, bercé par le bruit des vagues et réveillé par les makis (singes de Mayotte), c'est un expérience à vivre absolument... Pour couronnerle tout, la cuisine y est excellente... Seul bémol, la qualité des bungalows standards : sombres, humides, rudimentaires au niveau des sanitaires...attendez vous à du rustique malgré le prix des chambres
