「The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....

「We had a two bedroom ocean front room. We loved the room. Very spacious and clean. The property was nice. We tried three restaurants and none of us really enjoyed the food. Pelago for dinner was nice as far as the view but thought the food was not very good. I had the rib eye and did not enjoy it. Jo Jo’s food was sub par but what eas disappointing was the service. We went 3 times for food and tipped well but had awful service. The waitress was rude most of the time. As if we were a nuisance. My...
