Hotel was packed over Memorial Day weekend. The staff handled it really well, even with an elevator going out of service. But that’s not unreasonable considering it seemed about 150 13yo soccer players were in the building.
Rhe property has been kept up to date as best as possible. Everything was clean, water pressure and temp were good.
I’d definitely stay here agains. Staff made it an enjoyable stay by working with a packed house

The room and property were all fine, cookies and infused water in the lobby were nice. The only reason to not give it 5 stars is that i would not want people to think they were in a luxury location. It is an immaculate and quiet room in the city where there isn't a lot of space around it. Rooms open to the parking. Definitely at least 4.5 states

May 21, 2019Had visited this years ago and it's a favorite. Unfortunately, on a graduation weekend, many parts were closed off from the public. In addition, the library has closed additional rooms to "staff only" since the last visit. This favorite has become extremely limited.
