The house was very clean with a nice view into the cove. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location to visit Salem. The pioneer village is within walking distance. We really enjoyed it!

Nice old home feeling right next to the water where at low tide you can hunt for shells and see other ships near by even watched where a company near by put a couple sale boats in the water place has a nice big deck on the front to sit in the cool breeze from the water very nice people there to help with your needs if needed At first I thought it would be noisy since the owner lives up stairs but I never heard anything that was nice the only downside to the place is there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms and our first day there is was real hot but we made the most of it I want to thank the owner for nice place to stay we all had a blast hope to maybe stay there again in the future

Beautiful view able to be enjoyed while sitting on the front porch or from the picturesque family room window. The host responds quickly to questions. The home is spacious and comfortable. Quiet location with a park and beach close by, short drive about 3 minutes.

Unit door lock needs replacement. Timber wall along driveway needs to be removed. Bathroom door knob needs replacement. Thermostat needs to be updated could not warm unit up. Unit lacked needed supplies like tissues, paper towels trash bags, scissors and clothes hangers.
