My family had a wonderful stay - the apartment is in a great location, spacious and very clean. It's rare to find a place with parking in Southie and it was great to have. The owner was super accommodating and responsive. My family all agreed they want to stay here again next time they come to visit me.

Wonderful! The location is perfect--walkable to S Boston restaurants and shops, quick walk to the T, and to Carson Beach. The garage was a great bonus. The rooftop deck is delightful. Well designed inside with an extremely comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Peter was very responsive to all questions and helped us have a great trip.

Fantastic location, easy to get to all areas of Boston. The place is just as described and well stocked. Garage was a big bonus. Rooftop area was also really nice in the evening. Corner store is half a block away for any additional needs. Host is great with communication & responsive. Don’t pass this one up!

We had an amazing stay at this South Boston Vrbo! The place was exactly as described and everything was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. One of the biggest wins for me was the bed — so comfortable, which is always a huge deal when traveling. I also loved that the stay included a parking spot because parking in South Boston can be tough to find. That alone made things so much easier. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely stay here!! The hosts, Peter and Hawraa, were incredible and accommodating. The location was wonderful and super walkable to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. At the same time, the house was on a quiet/less busy, residential street that allowed for peaceful sleep and easy uber pick ups to venture farther out. The inside was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our group of six 30yo girlies! Bonus: natural light was great for pictures! Highly recommend!!

Good Location

Uber was inexpensive and the rental convenient to see all the highlights of BostonWithout having to be in downtown Boston. Extremely convenient to airport and train stations.

Wonderful Stay

My brother & I came to Boston for a conference we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Heart of Southie. It was well stocked with everything we needed from the comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for us to have our own space. Host was very responsive and helpful before, during and even after our stay. We will definitely stay here again when work brings us back to Boston!.

Perfect rental for families

This condo was perfect for our family (two adults, two toddlers). The check in process was a breeze, garage parking is a plus, and the condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The rental was clean, spacious and the roof access was a great addition. We hope to stay here again on our next family trip!

Great weekend!!!

Place is super clean exactly like the pics. Everything was easy to find and everyone was comfortable sleeping (even on the pull out pad). Area is super close to a bunch a restaurants and walkable places. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Boston.

Nice spot!

This place is a gem if you want to be in the Southie area, especially with the attached parking garage. Communication was prompt and the place was comfortable and modern. It was in walking distance to plenty and had a cool rooftop area to relax.

Southie Trip

This is a great property and the host has everything you could possibly need stocked in the unit. Just two blocks off the beach in a great neighborhood. The rooftop lounge was great for catching some sun in the day or enjoying the beautiful evenings. Walking distance to some great restaurants and corner markets. Highly recommend this unit if your headed to Southie.

Cozy, quiet, clean

A quiet, walkable, safe neighborhood. The apartment is clean and well equipped- especially the kitchen! There were not enough wash cloths, but after contacting the owner we were accommodated in a timely manner. Communication with the owner was seamless quick. Perfect for my family. Would stay here again.

The space was great for our family. We didn't have a rental car-but was clear how valuable the garage would be if you did-parking seems tough otherwise. We had a convention and did walk once-but took uber the rest of the time. It was always easy to get around. The Carson beach area is very close.. The apartment had everything we needed-nice linens and towels (thank you!!).

Girls weekend

Perfect accommodations for 8 family members. Apartment and rooftop deck were ideal. It was nice to have two inside parking spots, but they are for smaller vehicles. Tight for our 4Runner and RAV4, however, we made it works.

Heart of Southie! St. Pattys day parade

What an amazing place to take in the parade in Southy! Right off the parade route! Parking and peace of mind! Amazing to have a home base with so much to offer! Clean and open with a rooftop deck to enjoy the festivities! Our family absolutely loved this weekend! Hosts were amazing and helpful along the way- the whole stay was seamless. We will be coming back!

Beautiful condo! Pictures represent this place perfectly, although if you are not traveling with children, the bunk beds are too high or too low for many adults. Our group had some mobility issues, and being from a flat state, it didn’t occur to us that 3rd floor wouldn’t have an elevator. Without those issues, the subway is just a short walk, and the beautiful Dorcester monument is an easy uphill walk away. The roof deck is charming with a view of the harbor. Freedom Trail is not too far. Seapoint bar and grill is a short walk away, and a convenience store is on the opposite corner. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend
