  • Beautiful, brand new condo located in the heart of South Boston. Steps away from the best restaurants, bars and nightlife Southie has to offer. Very close to Seaport and downtown. Boston Convention Center is 0.9 miles away. This third floor unit includes a private parking garage and large roof deck that has amazing views of the city and Boston harbor. The very popular Carson (M street) beach is a short walk down the hill, perfect for the summer time. Thomas Park also has some of the best skyline views the city has to offer.

My family had a wonderful stay - the apartment is in a great location, spacious and very clean. It's rare to find a place with parking in Southie and it was great to have. The owner was super accommodating and responsive. My family all agreed they want to stay here again next time they come to visit me.

We enjoyed our stay at the Heart of Southie.The apartment had everything we needed and was also comfortable and clean.Nice location and great neighborhood. Roof deck was really nice to have and it had great views.

Wonderful! The location is perfect--walkable to S Boston restaurants and shops, quick walk to the T, and to Carson Beach. The garage was a great bonus. The rooftop deck is delightful. Well designed inside with an extremely comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Peter was very responsive to all questions and helped us have a great trip.

We absolutely loved our stay for our girls weekend in the city. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The neighborhood was fantastic—walkable, convenient, and a great location for exploring Boston. One of our favorite features was the rooftop deck, which we enjoyed throughout our stay. The host provided clear instructions and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic location, easy to get to all areas of Boston. The place is just as described and well stocked. Garage was a big bonus. Rooftop area was also really nice in the evening. Corner store is half a block away for any additional needs. Host is great with communication & responsive. Don’t pass this one up!

Host was very timely with communication. Property was as described and in a great location with a market and subway in close walking distance. The property was very well stocked (which is not always the case with rentals)! WiFi was amazing and everything was just perfect. We will definitely make this our go to when in Boston.

Good Location

Uber was inexpensive and the rental convenient to see all the highlights of BostonWithout having to be in downtown Boston. Extremely convenient to airport and train stations.

We had an amazing stay at this South Boston Vrbo! The place was exactly as described and everything was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. One of the biggest wins for me was the bed — so comfortable, which is always a huge deal when traveling. I also loved that the stay included a parking spot because parking in South Boston can be tough to find. That alone made things so much easier. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wow. It was a great experience. The unit was exactly as advertised. We loved our stay there for St Patrick’s weekend, a quick 1 block walk to the parade. All amenities were great, owner was very communicative with us. Overall great stay & would definitely stay there again for our next trip to Boston! Thanks!

My family and I traveled in to attend a world cup match and this place was perfect. The host communicated quickly and efficiently through every step of the process. The apartment was spotless and really felt like it was maintained with care and consideration, stocked with all of the necessities, and even had the same washer and dryer that I have in my home. I haven't had a short stay rental as good as this in years. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, as it was a short walk to the T and we could easily access the the more lively areas of the city, but it was far enough away to spare us from the sounds of Boston nightlife. I'd 100% book this place agian.

Roof deck views

My wife and and I just visited South Boston and we’re so happy we stayed at the Heart of Southie. The beach is a 1 minute walk down the hill and our favorite part was the roof deck. Highly recommend this place!
