This thoughtfully furnished and well designed three bedroom duplex apartment is centrally located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. Lots of natural light, luxurious finishes, a quaint backyard with outdoor seating, easy on street parking, nearby train access, restaurants, and family friendly amenities are just some of the reasons that this apartment will become your home away from home.

The property is beautfully decorated and maintained. In a good, safe neighborhood with easily accessible public transport, the Orange Line and buses. We next had a fabulous time and would stay here again on our trip.

Very impressed with this rental. The beds were super comfy, kitchen is fully stocked and homey, the design and layout is beautiful. We wanted to be close to our family in JP and this was everything we could have wanted. The stairs are a lot so if anyone has mobility issues this would not be a good fit.

Retirement Vacay

Overall a very nice and quiet property. Easy location to the T. Only thing we would change is the comfort of the seating in the living and dining room. Excellent upgrades to the property and amenities. We cooked in the kitchen and used the laundry. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Long weekend for graduation

We were in Boston with extended family, for my daughter’s graduation. It’s much easier and nicer to have everyone in one house. This apartment is beautiful! It was spotless, and tastefully decorated. The absolute best, tho, were the beds! The mattresses were so comfortable! Check in/out was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe and was walkable to a nice little neighborhood street with restaurants and shops. We did rent a car, so parking was on the street, but never had a problem finding a spot. The location wasn’t “super” convenient, but worth it for us to have peace and quiet after bustling around the city all day!

Wonderful stay!

I had some friends in town for the weekend and this apartment was the perfect fit.Very spacious, clean and well decorated. It’s in a great location as well. The host Jay was very responsive and accommodating. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
