The apartment was just like the listing described, it was exactly what we needed and its close to lots of places to eat and shop like Walmart and Target. it was clean, it had kitchen gadgets to use, I would suggest adding a wine opener! Overall the stay was good, great location.

Several items were broken, damaged, or in disrepair upon arrival. An elevator alarm was ringing for at least 16 hours before being resolved late at night. Check in and check out process needs to be more clear and streamlined.

The apartment was serviceable but was showing signs of wear and tear, as does the entire box. The pullout bed was uncomfortable. The apartment is located on the edge of an industrial area. I would not like to be a single woman walking back to the area late at night

We stayed in this cute little apartment for three nights and we loved it. Fully furnished, clean, secure, and comfortable. The building was secured with a code for entry and everything was well lit. A fan for the bedroom was the only thing missing.

L'appartement est super!! Malheureusement dans un environnement industriel, beaucoup de camions et de bruits Tu ne peux pas vraiment te promener aux alentours à pied Et le stationnement est numéroté et parfois un problème et surtout juste un espace par appartement. La cuisine est très bien équipée!

Nice place. Well_stocked kitchen, although it needs potholders and a trivet. Sofa is nice as a sofa but almost unusable as a pull-out bed. Fine to sleep on in couch form. Nice room-darkening drapes. Blinds not working properly. Building is quiet, even though it’s in a gritty industrial area. Near the bus and McDonalds.

Total disaster

So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this is for Carlo the Filipino sounding guy at Evonify. He got back to me when he could have blown me off. He had contacted Hotels.com and verified the booking. Thank you Carlo. When we get into the property we find that it hasn’t been cleaned after the last (very messy) guests had left. More waiting while Carlo again finds us an alternative place. The new place is a pretty run down hotel right next to a charming homeless shelter. But, hey it’s very close to the marathon so that’s a win since it’s now after 9 and. We haven’t eaten or figured out parking and I have to get up early for the marathon. So, yeah. Not a great experience.
