A $500 incidental fee will be held. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. • No parties or events unless approved in advance. Violations will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all deposits. • ID verification is required for all reservations. Facial scan and/or selfie verification may be requested upon booking. • No smoking inside the unit. Smoking outside must be done in designated areas only. A $300 smoking fee applies if this rule is violated. • Pets are not allowed unless previously approved. Pet fee: $299 per stay (if approved). We are not liable for missed, lost, or stolen packages. • Please do not ship items before your arrival without prior written approval. 🛑 Damage & Excessive Wear: • Guests will be held financially responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. A walkthrough is conducted after each stay. • Security monitoring (noise devices or doorbell cameras) may be in use to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized events. 🧼 Housekeeping: • Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. • Trash must be bagged and placed in the designated bins located at the rear of the property or in the garage (where applicable). • Please wash dishes and clean up after yourself prior to checkout to avoid additional cleaning charges. 📞 Guest Support: • We offer 24/7 support for emergencies and concierge inquiries.
