「This property was in an ideal position for the beach and the host Nigel was great, breakfast was very adequate and offered a good choice of cereals yogurts and bread . Eggs were available to have either scrambled or boiled. Tea coffee and orange juice was readily available. However first impressions of the site and room were a bit disappointing !The room lacked a good standard of cleanliness and our sheets were a bit on the grubby side. 「Nigel was very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast included an array of cereals, yogurts, breads and scrambled egg was available. The site is close to the beach but it was too cold for us to spend any time by the sea.」

「We have just come back from staying here it could do with some pictures and some updating was cheep enough staff were very helpful and polite needs a good sign outside to say where it is because we were driving up and down the road looking for it and close to the shops and 15/20 minutes walk to the beach we will stay there again but please update the places and make it a bit homely a fridge in room for milk for your cuppa in the morning 」

「A second lovely stay at Fairlight and will definitely be back for a third. Stayed in the main house this time and was a big toom for one person. Breakfast didn't disappoint and a great choice. If you can't see it just ask. Jude and Karl are great hosts and keep a lovely clean premises. Can't wait to come back and stay in one of the newly renovated rooms!」
