"Great location, nice and quiet but only 5 minutes from the station. The kitchen area was good, but lacked facilities. I needed to ask for plates, bowls and cutlery. A toaster would've been useful."

"We were here for a local showjumping event. This hotel was located around 10 minutes away. We checked in late and the night porter was very helpful. She knew our names on arrival and took care of the check in. The room is basic, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast is served canteen style and is very clean and efficient. It’s not exotic, but the hotel supports a good breakfast for the price of the hotel. This is a good hotel on a budget and very close to the town centre. "

"This beautiful accommodation was exactly as described and exceptional with generous and comfortable spaces. The beds were super comfortable. Communications with our hosts was rapid and clear. One point although there was a sink in every bed room there is only one toilet and it’s on the ground floor. We would definitely be lucky to come again "

"Lovely room, comfy bed. Excellent service from the staff. Good self service breakfast with lots of choice. No food available in the restaurant as there was not a conference on. Reception recommended and booked a table at a local eatery which was very good. Would definitely return for another visit. "
