「Staff was friendly and helpful even before we got there, breakfast was amazing every morning as was all food served. Assistance with coordinating trusted drivers to/from the airport was so helpful! Having the hike to the waterfalls on site was the perfect daily activity.」

「Beautiful hotel and room, onsite team is very helpful, housekeeping team is friendly. Only downside, i couldn’t sleep two of the nights due to the noise from the rooftop nightclub.」

「The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us make the most of our stay in Salento. The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The hotel can connect you with a taxi service that can get you into town for COP 25,000. The breakfast was large and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Beautiful Ecohotel surrounded by nature」

「Very nice」

「The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself. Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach. The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable. Paper thing walls. If you're going to book...

PERSONAL AMABLE Y EXCELENTE LOCALIZACIÓN equidistante PARA VISISTAR SALENTO (25 min) FILANDIA(20 MIN) Y ARMENIA(25 MIN). A 40 MINUTOS DEL PARQUE DEL CAFÉ .」
