"Staff was very rude made reservations and when time of checking says anything it means any time go at 7 and my room was giving away at 5 almost did not find a room for my family after having this one for almost a month saved"

Took one point off because there wasn’t ample parking—to be fair, I visited during a peak time (huge festival going on in town); also, there was a lot of noise late into the night coming from the downstairs lounge (the outside seating area is in the courtyard adjacent to the rooms). "Unfortunately, the guests in my room before me disconnected the phone and TV, put foot down the sink clogging it. Staff assisted in correcting these but there was no WIFI my entire stay."

"Comfy beds and good hot shower with plenty of pressure. Some guests were going up and down aisle on our floor very loud and late at night. It only lasted a few minutes though."
