「Use of sister hotel facilities during the day was great. Location was perfect for the evening. Staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly, especially towards our young girl.」

There had been a mix-up with the booking (not their fault), but they still found a lovely room for us when we arrived late and unexpectedly, gave us a great dinner and a really warm welcome. Super food, amazing breakfast and tables close to the ocean - perfect location. Novi Grad is a lovely place and the hotel is the perfect location for everything - staff were excellent all round, really nice rooms too - highly recommended. I hope we can return...

「We were welcomed in the most professional and polite way. Breakfast was attentive snd made to order. Staff was very welcoming.」

「Room is very clean. Breakfast is delicious」

We could not fault our stay. At one point an electrical storm had caused the villa to lose power. The staff were on it straight away and within minutes the power...

「Alles bestens wie immer」
