"Probably the best property in the Islands, our room was spacious, had a door with direct access to an exterior area with amazing views. The property is very clean and has a cozy feeling. We tried the spa and it was worth after all the walking around and crazy cold winds we faced during the day. The spa is great and offers a lot of sauna and swimming options. The only area where the hotel needs to improve is the food and beverage situation. The breakfast selection was great, with some local options, but all mornings felt chaotic, dirty buffet, lots of empty tables but yet not cleaned up. The same for the bar on the lobby area. The served a small selection of dishes, but they were tasty, however, the service staff was inattentive, we had to walk to the bar to ask for things. Overall, it felt their food and beverage area needed more staffing. Regardless, we had a great time, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure and privacy."

"Wonderful breakfast. Clean hotel near groceries and walking paths. The distance from town is a tough walk uphill. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Staff here is not as friendly as other hotels we went to on the same trip to Denmark and the Faroe Islands."

Breakfast was such a highlight each morning, absolutely incredible. Sitting in her kitchen enjoying a fresh, delicious breakfast was such a memorable and cozy experience. I also have to mention Simba, the adorable cat, such a sweet and calming presence. "We had a nice stay at this property...The village is a dream and the hikes a block away are a bonus! Definitely the location is one of the best things. Dinners are the second best things...menu is limited but the food is absolutely delicious and well presented. The service at the restaurant is fantastic...it was truly a pleasure. The 4 stars are for the cleanliness...our room (Annex room) was not vacuumed during our stay. Since it's basically a hiking place your boots are always dirty even if you leave them at the door. Just something to improve. "
