Pour votre séjour, venez profiter de notre très bel appartement tout confort idéalement situé dans le triangle de Bordeaux juste à côté des quinconces où se rencontrent 3 lignes de tram. Vous pourrez ainsi bénéficier d'un agencement moderne, de son équipement complet et apprécier son salon plein sud. Les deux chambres possèdent un lit queen size (160 cm de large). Chaque chambre a sa salle d'eau, Il y a 2 WC. Matelas possible dans le salon.

Vous êtes dans l'incontournable et somptueux quartier du Triangle d’Or, quartier chic de Bordeaux, avec une vie culturelle très animée, de nombreux magasins, bar, restaurants...

Appartement grand, lumineux et bien équipé Parking payant en face de l'appartementMalgré la proximité avec la rue, chambres à l'opposé donc très calmeInstructions d'arrivée reçu bien avant et très clairesHôte très réactif lors de l’envoi de messagePar contre en point négatifs :Thermostats des chauffages des chambres qui ne fonctionnaient pas, donc chauffage éteints en plein mois de décembre Les 2 colonnes de douches sont cassées (une tient même au mur avec un élastique à cheveux) .... la 2 ème est branlante et les commandes sont grippées donc impossible de changer la sortie d’eauLe lavabo de la première salle de bain se détache du mur et descend ! Le robinet et branlantLe matelas de la 2ème chambre fait un énorme creu au centre donc on roule toute la nuit au milieu du litBref, l'appartement pourrait être vraiment parfait, mais il y a quand même un manque d’entretien, ce qui n’est pas acceptable au vu du tarif demandé.

This VRBO is in an excellent location. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance as well as a Carrefour supermarket and many shops. The apartment is indeed « magnificent » with two good sized bedrooms and a large open space with kitchen and living room space. Our hosts communicated with us promptly from the time we booked the apartment until we checked out. We were able to enjoy the Bordeaux and its surroundings. Bravo to all who are part of this wonderful residence.

Bordeaux City Center

The listing is accurate but one thing to remember is there is no AC and only one fan so the apartment can get warm. We opened the windows and it wasn't too bad. Even with that (and we were there near the hottest time of the year), we would definitely stay again. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were excellent for our purpose and the location couldn't be beat; just outside the pedestrian area but within minutes to it. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Bordeaux. And there is a parking garage within one minute walk of the apartment that is very reasonable.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. This apartment provides a true Bordeaux experience. Easy walking to all major sites and restaurants. Make sure to go to L’Interdét wine shop.

This apartment was lovely and within easy walking distance of restaurants and historical sites. We had a small electrical problem and the property manager fixed it right away. I wish we had been able to spend more time there.

Wonderful apartment!

We so loved this apartment and really found it to be amazing (location wise, inside wise, and so on). Great communication, easy check in and such easy access to a grocery store in the mall!The only suggestion for those that drive (and park at Le Grande Hommes) is that when you enter the parkade they scan your plate - when you leave, you are best to pay at all the orange payment stations as you head to your car (otherwise you can be stuck at the exit and not being able to leave with a few horns behind you).We would go back here in an instant the next time we are in town!

Fantastic Experienxe

This was the perfect accomodation for us on a short visit this past weekend. The coach is lovely and clean and the location was perfect for us. Our host was a great communicator as we booked out plans through our stay. I highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay and experience.
