DEPOSIT
A deposit of €250 will be required as part of the rental process. Managed via the secure online service Swikly, this deposit is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival. The amount is neither blocked nor debited, and it will not impact your card's spending limits. Only a service fee of €3.30 will be charged.
Within 7 days after your departure, provided the terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition, the operation will be automatically canceled.
COMMUNICATION WITH GUESTS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A from Mérignac Airport stop to Palais de Justice, then take tram A from Palais de Justice to Saint-Michel stop and walk 2 minutes.
From Saint-Jean Train Station:
Take tram C from Saint-Jean Station to Saint-Michel stop and walk 3 minutes.
For parking, a private and secure parking space is available 150 meters from the apartment. If you prefer street parking, it is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
