Nestled on the third and final floor of an exclusive small building, this 37 m² suite combines absolute peace and quiet, privacy and high-end amenities. Ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfares, it nonetheless allows you to walk everywhere: the Place de la Comédie, Place Tourny and the Golden Triangle are at your feet.

The Sleeping Area

A hushed space designed as a true luxury cocoon, featuring a royal King-Size bed (180x200cm) and dressed in superior quality bed linen to guarantee you restorative sleep.

The Bathroom

A complete and perfectly appointed wellness space, offering the dual privilege of having both a shower and a bathtub so you can relax and recharge as you wish.

The Amenities

The suite is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a security safe, a hairdryer and ironing facilities. A welcome area with a Nespresso machine, kettle and mini-bar is entirely at your disposal.

Guest Access

Access to the building and suite is entirely autonomous and secure thanks to a system of personalised codes transmitted before your arrival. A lift serves each floor of the building directly for your utmost comfort.

Other Remarks

Designed on the model of a high-end hotel suite, it offers the amenities of an upmarket bedroom, with added independence. The building has no physical reception and the suite does not include a kitchen area. The location is nonetheless ideal for enjoying breakfast on the terraces of the surrounding squares and dining in the city's finest restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.
