The staff are absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful group of people. Always ready to help, amicable and friendly. Big shout out to my favourite staff/housekeepers Jacky and Ben. Wonderful human beings and I do miss them. They definitely made my stay very special. The only advice for the hotel is to be a little bit more prepared to receive westerners in the breakfast buffet. I am a professional bodybuilder athlete and I do like eating clean, with no oil and sugar. If they just add small things like plain oats, skimmed milk and plain yogurt would be very good! They focus on Asian tasting mostly. But even though the chef was keen to help me and provide me lunch the way I requested. I GIVE 10 out of 10!!! Location is amazing And the gym is a pretty decent gym for a hotel gym! Thank you guys Highly recommended.

The amenities and facilities were well thought of. Very good for families. Although it does not have direct access to the beachfront, I didn’t mind the 4-minute walk to the beach and the location provided more privacy. The staff were very courteous and helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. Breakfast buffet had variety during our 3-day stay, and provided options to the guests. Very clean and I love that the property is pro-sustainability. The pools were very inviting for both adults and kids. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay the staff incredible. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool access from our balcony was definitely a highlight. We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk tried to charge us ₱2,000 for allegedly missing towels and a towel card, even though the towels were still inside our room. Three different housekeeping staff members checked the room and confirmed that the towels were there, including a used towel that had fallen onto the bed. Despite this, the front desk continued insisting that we pay. The explanation kept changing, and they later claimed that our keycards and towel card were also missing. This inconsistency was frustrating and made us feel as though we were being unfairly charged for items that had not been lost. What made the situation even worse was the way the staff communicated with us. They spoke among themselves in their own dialect and laughed while we were dealing with the issue, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. A hotel should treat its guests with honesty, respect, and professionalism, especially when handling disputes about charges. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and disappointed. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and improves how staff handle guest concerns. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

First, be prepared to hand over 3kphp per night for security deposit and be prepared to wait when you check out for them to check everything in your room. Next, enjoy reading the rule book, and don't even think about having a guest. Do read the rules... you may be surprised! The breakfast is pretty good, dinner is really good. The walk to active part of the beach isn't too far, or you can catch a trike out front just about anytime. The gym is nice, but follow the rules! Basically is you are a good rule follower you will be fine, but if you are a little free thinking, you will be thinking "why did I stay here?"
