"Good location and spacious apartment. Mosquitos could be an issue. Double room with beach view is on the 3rd floor and not too noisy (for me). Wifi is non existent upstairs. Would have been better also if they can provide service water at breakfast. Can't understand why u have to pay even for drinking water. "

Owner was super nice and even let us check out late for no extra charge as there was no one reserved for that room that evening. The view from the rooftop terrace is hard to beat. "Our stay in Boracay Midtown Hotel is very disappointing. Upon arrival at the hotel, no staff was immediately available. We had to ring the bell and waited for 5mins under hot environment. The staff wasn't so happy enough when we arrived. When we reached our room, the a/c is not completely working and not as cold as expected. On top of that, we saw small cockroaches in the room which we killed by the way. The next day when we left to enjoy the beach, we set the tag at the door to make up our room...

"Everyone in our party loved staying here. Beach, shopping, night life and lots of food options including fresh and live sea food within 5 minutes walk. Everything we wanted in a beach hotel inside and out. Prices were very reasonable. Friendly staff. Almost felt as if we were alone there, no one ever bothered us. Just be aware that there are stairs to get to the room. How else you going to get to the panoramic view suite? Enjoy. "
