Badkamer is klein Ben er geweest 14 jaar geleden en toen kon je goed eten in de Klosterkeller, wat nu niet meer mogelijk is Eten moet in de Biergarten, maar als het regent is dat niet aan te raden, dus het hotel verspeelt hiermee troeven en jaagt de klanten naar andere restaurants

Hotel zentral an der Promenade gelegen nahe dem Bahnhof mit eigenen Biergarten und Parkplätzen (8€ pro Tag). Zimmer hat gute Verdunkelung und neben der Dusche auch eine Badewanne. Frühstück hat unangenehme Bahnhofshallen-Lautstärke.

Extrem viel Güterverkehr bei der Bahn in der Nacht von Freitag auf Samstag. Dadurch Beeinträchtigungen der Nachtruhe. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Wenn die rechte Rheinseite wieder befahrbar ist hat man dann den Zugverkehr und die Frachtschiffe. Wer das als störend empfindet, darf am Rhein keinen Urlaub verbringen.

Wir haben hier für einen Zwischenstopp eine Nacht gebucht, leider waren wir nicht im Haupthaus sondern in den Nebengebäuden untergebracht (Motel mit Blick auf den Parkplatz und sehr hellhörig). Lage des Hotels ist jedoch Top, direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Das Hotel selbst hat mehrere gastronomische Angebote, beispielsweise einen großen Biergarten mit Rheinblick. Parken kostet 8€ pro Tag/Nacht.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und relativ laut. Die Zimmertüren sind schon älteres Semester, wodurch man auch alles mitbekommt, was auf dem Flur passiert. Personal und Sauberkeit sehr gut.
