"The conditions and facilities of the property fell far below expectations and did not match the description advertised on Stayz. Firstly, there was no hot water available on the house for the entire duration of our two night stay. Secondly, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly as it would turn off automatically and had to be manually restarted multiple times. Thirdly, the veranda blinds could not be used as the remote control was missing and finally, no spare toilet supplies were provided.These issues were not disclosed prior to our booking and significantly impacted the enjoyment of our stay. I would like to kindly request that you review this matter and advise us on the compensation you can offer."

"Ken was very welcoming - we had no issues whilst staying at the cottage. The views are simply outstanding and the sunsets divine. Very comfy beds and good amenities. We even saw some dolphins in the lake from the deck. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to visit Green Point again"
