Great family getaway with Wifi & BBQ!

Our homely 4 bedroom home is a great place to explore the Central Coast. We are a short stroll to the ferry port which can take you to Palm beach and surrounding towns. The main town of Ettalong beach is only a 5 minute drive away where you can find numerous of restaurants, cafes and shops.

We are not on site but just reach out via messaging, text or phone to ask any question about the property and the area.
Please leave the house tidy and as you found it.

No parties
No smoking or vaping
No pets

Please respect our neighbours and keep quiet between 10pm and 8am.

Great location

The house was lovely and the location is great. Had all the things we needed for our stay although it was a little cold without air conditioning. There is a gas heater but for the size of the house it's not really enough heating. The only thing is that the 4th bedroom is external to the house with no access to a bathroom. Thats not mentioned in the details on stayz and I wouldn't have booked if I had known that.

Great location, like a college house

It was a great location and clear communication with the host. But the property was pretty dirty. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper available for 3 nights stay. And when discussing with the host they explained that’s all that is available. We left enjoying the location but felt that a few more thoughtful touches could really elevate this listing.

Great value stay

This place is very well provisioned. The bathrooms are new, the beds are all comfy, the kitchen had modern appliances and was well stocked with all the things you need to cook. Loved the outdoor table and undercover verandah providing extra space, and it was a great pleace to relax and eat meals. The rest of the house is charmingly old school with comfy lounge and chairs everywhere... also a literal 5minute walk to the water, and to coffee, shops and restaurants. A great place to stay for value for money, and a quick getaway.

Great location near the water

This place is great being just a short walk to the water for a swim and with an excellent backyard for relaxing afterwards.. The house was very clean and had everything we were looking for on our holiday.. I would recommend this place to others..

Disappointed

Disappointed. No toilet door on the ensuite. Power lead exposed in rain . Noisy fans . Cheap pillow . Left over water bottles and bottle top from previous people . We had to sweep up leaves and twigs in the back yard and cubby house so our grandkids could play. BBQ grease tray was full a fire hazard. Nails sticking out of floor boards on back veranda. Lounge chair leg was broken . Fridge crisp draw cracked . Out of date coffee . For the money we paid which was over $3,000 for only 3 night stay was very disappointing and the manager didn’t seem to care. A lot of maintenance and better cleaning needs to be done . Would not recommend
