You can set off from the house for hiking. Briare and its famous canal bridge are 15 minutes away, and Gien and its earthenware factory are 30 minutes away. You can enjoy many other tourist activities in the surrounding area: Guédelon Castle, Sancerre, Saint Fargeau, etc.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a 4K TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, four bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190 cm), one of which has an adjoining baby alcove (crib and changing table). A second bathroom with toilet is located upstairs, with a baby bath and toiletry bag available.
A 400m² enclosed garden is available with a summer kitchen (barbecue, wood-fired oven) for socializing, lounge chairs for relaxing, and even an above-ground pool, pétanque and Molkky games that will delight children and adults alike!
