The reunion.

We stayed as a group of friends, returning to Friesdorf after 45 years. The location was ideal, rooms clean and comfortable. Sll staff were friendly and welcoming.

The property was very modern and clean with friendly staff. The property is a modest walk to train links into Bonn. The room was very comfortable but there was no water or tea/coffee in the room.

I was not happy about not having AC in the rooms. Bonn is very hot and all they were able to provide was a desk fan. I opened the window slightly and when I returned from my meeting, I found it locked with no key to open it. Except for breakfast, they were unable to provide sandwiches or any substantial snacks - only chocolates and sweets. The advertising of this hotel on Expedia is highly overrated. This is not a four-star hotel.

super schönes Hotel - gerne wieder

Das Hotel ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Bildern - hat uns total überzeugt ! Schöne Zimmer, mit begehbarer Dusche, elektrisch bedienbare Rolladen, tolle Zimmergröße mit Ablagemöglichkeit. Super schöner Aufenthalts-Bereich. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ausreichend Parkplätze hinter dem Haus (10 € p.N.). Rundum perfekt !!

Slechte Erfahrung: Nyce Hotel war kaum "Nice"

Ich bin toal unzufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wenn man die Bilder auf der Website sieht, und Preis über 110 Euros pro Zimmer pro Nacht zahlt dann erwartet man dass man hier richtig ist. Aber das war nicht der Fall. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht für eine Nacht Anfang November 2024. Als wir im Zimmer reingekommen sind, waren die Fenster offen. Das Zimmer war wie Gefrierschrank. In Beide Zimmer im 1.Stock hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Draussen war 6 Grad kalt. Im Zimmer war bestimmt 11, 12 Grad. Ich war untem im Rezeption und habe ich reklamiert (da es kein Telefon im Zimmer gab) . Die Dame hat gesagt: wir haben teschniche Probleme. Der Technicker kommt morgen für die Reparatur. Das fand ich nicht professionell. Statt uns andere Zimmer anzubieten haben wir die Nacht in die Kälten Zimmer verbracht und kaum mit einem kleinen Baby geschlafen. Frühstück auch für 17.9 Euros pro Person ist extrem teuer. Frühstück Buffet ist ganz normal. Es gibt keine Besonderheiten: Kaffe, käse,Croissant, Rührei und obst. Beim Checkout habe ich das selbe Geschichte erzählt. Die Antwort war: Wir haben das Management informiert.

Sehr freundliches Personal, solides gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist ruhig, abgesehen von der Bushaltestelle. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr hübsch und gemütlich. Gerne wieder.
