Double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), sleeper sofa (1.40 × 2.00 m), very well-equipped kitchen, and a new, brightly tiled bathroom. Access via a spiral staircase. Terrace with a magnificent view of the Drachenfels. Direct access to the Siebengebirge; festivals such as the Wine Festival, St. Martin’s Market, and Carnival are within walking distance. Private parking on the property.
