No one cleaning up drink cups, no tennis channel, no smart TV, both restaurants have same menu, bed very soft and lumpy, limited staff at restaurants and bar so slow service, need 2 free water bottles, inside person told me property owned by Marriott so no perks for Hyatt status like no late checkout. Couldn’t reach property easily before visit. Front desk won’t answer if busy and you can’t leave a message. Concierge has no voice message....

「Our villa was clean, bed was comfortable and it had a nice back patio. We were in room 402 and unfortunately a male guest in 401 suffers from in treated sleep apnea. He began a loud vibratory snoring that only stopped when he stopped breathing (apnea). It was awful for us to attempt to relax and fall asleep. We eventually found some ear plugs (hate wearing) and ran a white noise on our phone all night in order to rest.😞

「This property was initially list as a full 2Bed 1Bath house with several listed pictures that included of the entire house and a BBQ available for use in the backyard. When we arrived, we saw not only that we didn't have the entire house or BBQ available, but there was a renter in a seperated unit within the same house. We went back to check the listing and found all the previous photos were taken down and replaced with a single picture and the property was now listed as an apartment with no BBQ...
