PET-FREE POLICY & ESAs:
Casa Bonita Florida is a strictly pet-free environment to accommodate our guests with allergies. In accordance with Florida law and platform policies, we do not accept Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Please note that certificates or IDs purchased online do not qualify an animal as a Service Animal under the ADA.
✦ Undisclosed Animals: Any guest who brings a pet or undisclosed animal onto the property in violation of these rules will be subject to a $500 deep-cleaning fee and may be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund for the remaining nights.
✨ BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Within 24 hours of booking:
✔️ Signed renter agreement – primary guest 25+ and present for entire stay
✔️ Government-issued photo ID matching reservation name
✔️ $750 security deposit hold (not charged) placed 2 days before check-in. Credit card must match reservation name. Door codes activated once all requirements have been met

✨ SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
Casa Bonita Florida is a strictly pet-free environment to accommodate our guests with allergies. While we do not accept Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), we fully welcome Service Animals in compliance with ADA and platform policies.
✦ Handler Supervision: For the safety of the animal and property, service animals must be under the handler’s care and control at all times and may not be left unattended in the home, on the lanai or in the yard.
✦ Behavioral Standards: We reserve the right to ask for the removal of any animal that is out of control or not housebroken.
✦ Outdoor Care: Please bag and dispose of all animal waste immediately in the large trash cans located in the garage. Indoor piddle pads are not permitted.
✦ Furniture & Linens: To maintain our high cleanliness standards, we kindly ask that animals remain off furniture and beds.
✦ Cleaning & Damages: While there is no upfront fee for service animals, guests are responsible for the home's condition. An excessive cleaning fee (minimum $250) will apply if professional steam cleaning or specialized hair/dander removal is required for upholstery, rugs, or linens following the stay.
✦ Post-Stay Cleaning & Upholstery:
To maintain our high standards for our guests with allergies, Casa Bonita Florida is professionally deep-cleaned after every stay. While we do not charge a pet fee for Service Animals, guests are responsible for ensuring the home remains in the condition it was found. An excessive cleaning fee (minimum $250) will be applied to the security deposit if professional steam cleaning or specialized hair/dander removal is required for furniture, rugs, or linens following the stay.

PLEASE NOTE: ESA owners should understand that a certificate, ID or registration bought online will not be enough to properly qualify their companion animal as a Service Animal. Anyone found with an undisclosed pet will be required to leave immediately and will result in loss of security deposit and not entitled to a refund

🦮 SERVICE ANIMAL RULES
Service animals are welcome in our home. Please help us prepare for your stay by letting us know PRIOR TO YOUR STAY that you will be bringing a service animal. We have strict guidelines for those who wish to bring their Service Animal.
✦ Your Service Animal may not be left unattended. Crating and leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted; the animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES.
✦ Please provide an advanced copy of your Service Animal's rabies vaccine, as well as their vaccination record showing all current vaccinations (must be current throughout your entire stay).
✦ Your Service Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control using verbal or sight commands.
✦ We will ask you to remove your Service Animal if the animal is out of control and the animal’s handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.
✦ Walk your Service Animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
✦ Clean up urinations/defecations immediately. Bring your own baggies and dispose in the large trash cans in the garage.
✦ Your Service Animal may not be on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed or counters) unless it is specifically needed for your disability.
