Welcome to this marvelous condo in Bonita Beach. Located in sought after Building 1 (closest to the ocean). The beach is steps away, just across the street. This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, a bathroom with a walk in shower, and essential amenities like free WiFi, AC/ heating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Totally renovated and upgraded! Flat screen TV, porcelain tile flooring throughout, marble and granite countertops, walk-in shower with multi heads, 2 lanai loungers, beach chairs. Nestled in a serene setting facing the back bay, guests can unwind and relax in this perfect getaway. Whether you're looking to explore the area or simply enjoy some peace and quiet, this charming condo is the ideal choice for your stay. We hope you enjoy what our place and Bonita Springs has to offer.

PLEASE NOTE, that due to hurricane Ian, tennis courts are currently inoperative. Both pools are now OPEN! The tennis court rebuild will take longer. Probably some time in 2026.
Hurricane Ian caused extensive ground level damage, but we are making good repair an landscaping progress. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

Another wonderful trip

We have been coming to The Tennis Club since 2010, and this trip didn’t disappoint. The condo was perfect. We can’t wait for our next trip.

Perfect location! Across the street from beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the screen porch and used it daily. The condo fit our purposes perfectly.

What a great location! Steps to the beach. Condo is very nicely decorated. Small but has everything needed, although stove/oven & dishwasher apartment size. Very clean! Beds need to be better. Wish pools were open. We'll definitely be back at the complex (Bonita Beach & Tennis Club).
