They were there to greet us and took the time to go through the house details, suggest things to do, and even got us great discounts on diving and rental car. "I did not have a view of the ocean or pool. But the room is nice, modern and clean. Arrived really late they order my dinner for me which was nice. There was no bottled water in the room ( as usual) was told by front desk that they could not provide to drink from the sink. Overall ok but I wish VIP perks were delivered. "
