「The hotel itself is decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. We had to repeatedly ask reception every day just to get water bottles in our room, and even then, they often didn’t deliver. We also booked a fishing trip through the hotel for $720 USD. We showed up at the marina with our two children and waited, but the boat never arrived. When we followed up, we were told the captain had an accident the day before and couldn’t work. The hotel never informed us in advance, leaving us...

「Friendly, responsive staffs, beautiful newer property. We value our privacy and staff was very helpful in accommodating our request. Villa was very spacious and very well appointed, private pool was cherry on top. It has cleaning station for dive/water sport equipments as well as outdoor shower for rinsing, very handy. Ate at the Ocena Club across the street 3 times, the view, food and service were phenomenal. Absolutely loving the stay at Grand Windsock.」

「This hotel was perfectly located. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and a lovely, comfortable balcony to relax on. The room itself is huge and beautiful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Everyone greeted you and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The restaurant served delicious food. The bar was lively at night but not crazy. Definitely recommend!!」

「We had this very nice studio on the 2nd floor. Nice view, wonderfull bed. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator if you’re bringing heavy baggage. But it was a great stay!」

「Everything was perfect. This is an oasis sanctuary. Thank you Methelda and Camilla for being perfect hostesses. Loved the pool, the hammocks, the salsa lessons etc.」

「The room was spotless the staff very helpful and extremely friendly. Loved the room and kitchenette that had everything we needed complete with a cooler for the beach. The resort had beach towels. The resort felt very calming. And lastly the grocery store was in walking distance 」
