Lake Constance is a wonderful area for vacations. The Plaza Hotel in Friedrichshafen is located a bit outside of downtown. Its a hotel with breakfast only. No restaurants nearby. We had the romantic studio which was very cozy situated just below the top floor with a nice wooden frame ambiance. Though located in the City Centre it was quiet and just a few steps to the Stadtsee. Absolutely recommended.

Waited in rain for no-show host. Another guest without hot water 24hrs and like us, host never responded to multiple WatsApp calls. 1st night we booked hotel Zwolfe. Do not book Gut Hügle for safe and secure stay as host has no communication or caring for guests.
