  • A Mediterranean & bohemian retreat! Right in the heart of the Old Town, yet in complete tranquility, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The tastefully and luxuriously furnished apartment, decorated in a modern style, is cozy and family-friendly. When you want to relax in the garden after a busy day, you’ll almost feel like you’re in the countryside—the silence and Mediterranean charm, with a beautiful olive tree right before your eyes, are simply stunning.The apartment has one bedroom but also features a second comfortable double bed (in a designer fold-out cabinet), making it suitable for up to 4 people. It also includes a kitchen, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a private garden, making it ideal for families or two couples. It’s located right in the pedestrian zone but is accessible by car and offers a private parking space upon request. Perfect for hikes and leisurely walks surrounded by nature. The apartment is fully furnished with high-quality furnishings, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, and everything you need for a comfortable stay are provided.

A stunning peaceful apartment in the centre of Bolzano with a delightful garden shaded by an olive tree and a friendly cat. We loved relaxing away from the summer heat in the cool of the stone building. Plenty of space, a great kitchen and super comfortable beds. A very special spot.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, ist ideal - ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Der Garten macht alles perfekt.

L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour découvrir Bolzano et les environs. Très propre et la terrasse est un vrai plus. La machine à laver le linge également offre un confort supplémentaire (nous sommes une famille de 4, il faisait très chaud et on a bien randonné!). Tout le nécessaire est présent dans la cuisine et tout est fait pour le tri des déchets. + Linge de lit et de toilette. Bonne literie. Merci à Michele pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, tout étant discret, poli et respectueux. Petits bémols : pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs (performants mais bruyants) et le parking n'est pas compris dans le prix (il est très bien situé dans un espace privé juste à côté de l'appartement et en plein air - très bien en ce qui nous concerne puisque j'avais un coffre de toit- mais donc un coût supplémentaire non négligeable). Ces 2 aspects sont des surprises que j'aurais aimé ne pas découvrir en dernière minute. Peut-être cela vaudrait-il le coup d'être précisé/modifié dans l'annonce.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit Michele verlief einwandfrei. Uns wurde immer umgehend geholfen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Kleiner Tipp: Beim Parken auf der Straße nicht auf dem Parkplatz mit Schranke parken, der ist sehr teuer, wir haben für 3 Tage 130 Euro gezahlt.

Michele‘s apartment is located directly in the old city center of Bolzano in the pedestrian area so exploring it and Bolzano‘s major sights by feet is super convenient. The apartment itself is clean, has a completely equipped kitchen in case you want to prepare your own meals and is perfectly suited for up to 4 persons. The included Bolzano Tourist card allows you to enter the icemen museum or use the cable car for free (amongst many other things). Communication with Michele was a breeze as was check-in and -out. He was also able to organize a parking place for our car nearby for a reasonable daily rate so we could safely leave the bulk of our luggage in there having only visited for a short 2-day stint as part of our roadtrip and we only needed to carry the needed luggage for 50m or so.
